Returns/Exchanges

At this moment, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if we made any errors to your order (damaged product or incorrect size) please do contact us at info@saintinestudios.com and we will be happy to assist you. In order to exchange, the item must be in brand new condition. We are unable to exchange an item if it's used, washed or altered in any way. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
